Im in pain from Rugby. I have sore muscles from push-ups. I can not feel my arms. So Im not in shape for Rugby. With my new position I will get tackle a lot.

I learn in English class that people made new words. Like Sheen. It means to party hard. It is named after Charlie Sheen and his crazy parting.

I think

I'm thinking to do my senior serves at Holy Name School Parish in West Roxbury. It is a fun school to go to. They know me there. I help them almost I have days off of school because I love helping little kids. They are happy that people come to help them. It make joy to my heart helping little kids.

Poor Chara this is by an accident. Chara is a great player and love the game. I like the NHL call they said. 

Poor Japan they got hit by a big tsunami plus a earthquake. The only good thing is that they have contain the nuclear plants. That is the good thing that it do not explode. But the wave killed any people.  That is a bad thing today.

Facebook is a good place to wrote to people. You need to not put bad things on there. You should not put bad photo on it because people look that what you do. The good things are to talk to friends and see old friends that you have to talk to in a long time.  You can see colleges you go to. Read thing they said to help you in school. But some colleges look that your Facebook so you so not wrote bad things on your wrote.
